Sanjay Sabnani

Sanjay is a veteran executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience spanning public, private, and nonprofit organizations. As Chief Administrative Officer and Board Member at Infinite Choice, he oversees the company’s legal, compliance, HR, IT, facilities, and contracts functions. He also leads corporate development efforts, supporting the CEO on business development, strategic initiatives, and M&A—helping to define, structure, and transition opportunities that drive growth. Sanjay played a key role in executing Infinite Choice’s majority acquisition by a leading private equity firm and continues to guide the company’s governance and risk management practices.

Previously, Sanjay founded and led CrowdGather, Inc., taking it public in 2008 and scaling it into a digital media network reaching 17 million monthly users. He brings deep expertise in operational scale, corporate governance, and strategic growth. A recent transplant to Dallas from Los Angeles, Sanjay spent 37 years in the Los Angeles metro, including his undergraduate years at UCLA.
